Lorraine Kelly OBE is a phenomenon. She’s been a telly superstar for nearly 30 years, and is still piling on the ratings with her own ITV morning show. Which is why I was delighted to run a full day’s brand and content workshop for the editorial team last Friday.

Led by Victoria Kennedy, her team of over 20 editors, journalists, researchers generate tons of quality content every week. There’s plenty of pressure and lots of competition, but they seem to take it all in their stride.

Much like the workshop I ran for Loose Women last year, the day was an opportunity to kick the brand tyres, identify new audience opportunities and come up with loads of new ideas.

The agenda was tight – three breakout sessions and two full team sessions, all with feedback loops.
